How do I register for SMART-E Programs?
Families can register for any of the SMART-E Programs – After/Before School Care, K Play, Enrichment Programs, Holiday Camps and Summer Camps – via the online registration system. Click here to enroll your child.

There are some students that fall outside of those (students who started school as year later for instance). Please email the SMART-E Business Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 650-590-5966 and your child’s grade will be manually updated in the system.

What happens in the event of illness, injury or an emergency?
In the event that a child becomes ill or is injured after arriving at the SMART-E After School or Before School Care Program, the Coordinator will attempt to notify the parent/guardian by telephone. If we are unable to contact a parent/guardian, we will call the emergency contacts listed on the emergency form in order. The child will be cared for until a parent/guardian or emergency contact arrives to pick up the child.
In the event of a natural disaster, the SMART-E Program Coordinator will lead the children to evacuate the building and follow disaster plans established by the school.
In the event of an actual fire or other disaster all of the children will be supervised until they can be released to parents or to the other authorized individuals listed on the emergency information given during registration.
